Household Waste Recycling Centre Hartlepool Borough Council

Any household or garden waste can be taken to the reuse and recycling centre during the opening times and disposed of free of charge. The quickest and easiest way to book a visit to a recycling centre is online. You must book a slot before visiting any of our recycling centres. We accept trade waste at the recycling centre and you do not need to book a visit.

If you need to change your VIP Sale time slot, don’t worry! We are working to make the VIP sale as inclusive as possible and are always adding more slots. If you’re still unable to find your booking confirmation, you can re-book again for another appointment. Lastly, they will be asked to provide their name and email address to receive the booking confirmation with the QR code as an attachment. You will find the option to change or cancel on the confirmation page after booking.

Centre access

Should you wish to use the site for household waste and you live in another borough you will be charged £3 each time you visit.
