Global business leader David Kutrucz became Chief Executive Officer of PetVet Dx in 2019 and Chairman of the Board in 2020.

Seeing a need to assist farmers, David led the team to start the FarmVet Dx division along with 25 other animal healthcare entities to better serve as many needs in the animal healthcare sector. All the entities are under the parent company, PetVet Dx. Some of these entities including animal telehealth, pharmacy, laboratory services, manufacturing, international ventures and bioinformatics.

Prior to that, he was Chief Scientific Officer of Volente Diagnostics/AIT HealthTracks after serving as a director of the company since 2017. Before founding PetVet Dx, David held a variety of senior leadership positions at molecular diagnostic laboratories throughout America. During the SARS-CoV-2 Pandemic, David was Executive Vice President of DNA Healthcare Solutions’ Global Human Health Division, leading the company’s worldwide molecular diagnostic and pharmaceutical businesses. In this role, he was also a member of DNA Healthcare Solutions’ executive committee and molecular diagnostic and pharmaceutical operating committee.

David has over twenty years of experience in molecular laboratory services, focusing the last ten on infectious disease testing and antimicrobial stewardship programs. His extensive experience in animal healthcare also included global and U.S.-focused leadership roles spanning sales, marketing and managed markets, as well as business and product development. David continues to grow his vision in animal healthcare, pharmaceuticals, bioinformatics, and pandemic detection utilizing artificial intelligence. He leverages his talents to better understand infectious diseases across species to find solutions to help reduce cost, increase accuracy and provide access to the best diagnostic testing and treatments to families and business across the globe.
